Description

It is with genuinely mixed emotions that I write this advert for what has been the finest bike I've ever owned and perhaps one of the greatest all rounders I've ever ridden.

Affectionally known as Rocket, this bike was bought as a frameset and custom made to my specification.

There's plenty of information you find on this bike online but the thing you need to know is that from the first couple of pedal strokes you can tell you're going to have fun. The bike sits planted on the road and encourages to give everything you've got.

Being 38mm in depth and 24mm wide the wheels seem to offer the perfect balance of aero advantage without being buffeted around should the wind get a little too excitable. The gentle hum from them as you skim across the road is really quite addictive.

Shimano Ultegra R800 mechanical gears offer instant and precise shifting.

This bike has never been raced or even caught out in the rain - it has been loved, kept inside and appricated, the way I feel it should be. It really has been a great bike.
