Click & Collect combines all the benefits of purchasing online and shopping in-store: The customer buys the product online with payment taken via BikeExchange's secure payment portal and then picks their order up themselves in the shop of the corresponding retailer. The dealer has enough time to prepare the desired order for the customer, eg to build the bike or to adapt it to customer requirements. When the goods are ready for collection, the customer will receive e-mail notification and can come to the store to pick up their order.
Goods ordered with Click & Collect are usually made available to the buyer within 2-3 business days. The buyer is obligated to provide proof of purchase when picking up the goods (order confirmation, invoice) and to provide photo identification and in some cases the form of billing used at checkout may be requested.
If the ordered product is not available or the order can not be executed, the buyer will be notified within two working days. The buyer then has the option to order the same product from another BikeExchange dealer, if available, to order another comparable product or to receive a full refund of the purchase amount. For this purpose, we or the offering dealer will contact you to discuss the possible options.
