Shipping

All bicycle dealers who sell their products via BikeExchange via online order, ship their goods, unless otherwise stated, throughout the United Kingdom. The shipping costs depend on the value of the order, size and weight of the goods and the delivering shipping company. Shipping costs are determined by the offering dealer. The shipping to be paid will be calculated in your shopping cart and added to the total amount.

Free shipping is possible at any time for special offers and promotions. Please check the shipping costs directly on the offer. Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. Please note that due to the size of the packages, our distributors do not ship to packing stations, PO boxes or post offices.

The standard delivery time is between 3 and 10 working days from the order. The shipping will only be arranged when all items are ready to ship and all payments have been received by BikeExchange. The exact delivery time is specified by the seller of the ordered product in the product display and may vary from retailer to retailer but shall never be longer than the standard delivery time stated above. If you have questions about the exact delivery time, just contact the dealer directly.

Shipping of bicycles

Complete bicycles are always pre-assembled and shipped in a bicycle box. However, it is strongly recommended to have the bike checked and assembled by a trained bicycle mechanic before use.

Contact & Service

If the ordered product is not available or the order can not be fulfilled, the buyer will be notified within two working days of order. The buyer then has the option to order the same product from another BikeExchange dealer, if available, to order another comparable product or to receive a full refund of the purchase amount. For this purpose, we or the offering dealer will contact you to discuss the possible options. For the subsequent change of your order or questions about the delivery, please contact the selling dealer. You can find the contact details in the order confirmation.

Note

It is the responsibility of each individual bike retailer offering their products via BikeExchange online ordering, to provide their exact shipping and delivery policies in the policies section of their account. While these policies may vary from the guidelines above, the minimum requirements and deadlines as described above must be met at minimum. The exact shipping and delivery policies for each retailer can be found at the bottom of every advert.
