Based in Nottingham, UK, the Raleigh Bicycle Company was founded in the late 1800s and as a result, is one of the world’s longest-running bicycle companies. Now part of the Accell Group, Raleigh remains based in its original hometown and still firmly connected to its roots on this side of the continent. Raleigh is perhaps best known for some of the most iconic bikes on the block, including the Burner, Grifter, Chopper as well as TI-Raleigh 753 steel frame Tour de France winners. The modern-day Raleigh stable includes Classic Bikes, Hybrid Bikes, Commuter Bikes, Adventure Bikes, Folding Bikes, Ladies’ Bikes, Kids Bikes and EBikes.
